The menus that follow represent only a small sampling of what we are capable of preparing for your guests.  Each menu grouping or item has a corresponding per person cost attached to it.  This cost includes all food, labor, set up, clean up, chafing dishes, buffet table linens and skirting, silverware, salt and pepper shakers, hard plastic water glasses, foam dessert plates, coffee service at the bar, waiter and waitress service for sit down and buffet meals, and water pitchers.

If a more formal set up is desired china plates, table clothes, formal coffee service, glass water goblets, wine glasses, champagne glasses, china cake plates, specialty dinner ware and other place settings are available at an extra charge.  Please review our surcharge pages within our website.
